How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order on the day payment is received. North Island deliveries should take 2-3 days and South Island deliveries 3-4 days. Add another day for rural deliveries.


Is the furniture fumigated?

Not only are our furniture shipments fumigated to MPI standards, but every single container is treated, regardless of whether fumigation is required, or not. Thereby we can guarantee there are no unwelcome hitchhikers in any of our products.


Are the photos true to colour?

Great care has been taken to ensure true accuracy of colour in our photographs. However please be aware that colours may vary from computer to computer.


 I forgot to use the discount promo code for my purchase. Can I still get the discount?

If you have a valid discount code, you must use it to get the discount. If you do not enter the discount code at the time of checkout, we cannot retrospectively give you that discount nor refund you the discount. However, we feel your pain. Therefore, on request, and at our discretion, we may offer you a token gift voucher to use against a future online purchase. Keep in mind that if you are given a gift voucher, it is valid for a limited time only.


The item I bought is not what I imagined. Can I return it?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy please return it within 10 days of receipt in its original condition including all original protective packaging and a copy of the invoice for a full refund less any delivery charges. You must pre-arrange the return plus you must cover return freight costs. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned goods within 10 days of receipt.


What wood is your furniture made from?

Our new furniture is made from sustainably grown mahogany and finished in hard wearing NC lacquer whereas the recycled pieces are predominantly made from old teak.


Do you guarantee your products?

If an item is found to be defective we will repair or replace in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Alternatively we may, at our sole discretion offer a refund where repair or replacement is not possible.
