MOST IMPORTANT! Even if you don't read the entire Delivery Information document, PLEASE read this...
PLEASE check your delivered item thoroughly for damage before signing. If it is damaged DO NOT SIGN! If you cannot inspect the item with courier present, you must add the letters S.T.I. (Subject to Inspection) in the signature box.
Please help with this request because unfortunately the courier will refuse to honour any claim by you if these instructions are not followed. For your own benefit, please ensure whoever is accepting the goods from the courier or carrier is made fully aware of these requirements.

We deliver New Zealand wide and generally despatch the same day payment is received. Delivery time varies but is often overnight for North Island deliveries and the second day for South Island deliveries.
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address so please supply a physical street address for all deliveries. Purchased items are generally sent the next working day after payment has been received. Please note shipping time may also vary depending on where you are located. Rural deliveries generally take a day or two longer than standard deliveries.
Unless your special delivery instructions state otherwise, deliveries require a signature. Therefore, if you know you will not be home between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday to receive the delivery, please have the goods addressed to your place of work or any other suitable address where a signature can be obtained. If a signature is not obtained the carrier will leave a missed delivery advice card. The goods will be returned to their local depot and you will need to make contact with the freight carrier directly to arrange an appropriate time for re-delivery.
Special Delivery Instructions
Should you require them, please provide us with clear delivery instructions within the appropriate area in the checkout when finalising your purchase. It is also imperative that you provide us with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address.
If your recipient address is a Rural delivery (RD) address, please select Rural in the checkout. If you don’t, your goods cannot be delivered to you. We have tried to fair and equitable with our Rural Delivery charges but there may be instances where our charge is insufficient to cover the additional distance required to complete your delivery. In these instances the carrier has the right to request payment of any appropriate additional charge.
You must notify us within 24 hours if you have received any faulty or damaged goods. Just complete the Returns form.
Title of Goods and Risk of Loss
Title of goods passes to you when we have received payment. All risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
